3.13.13 On a Push Botton all the keys gives a Push Effect

3.13.13 Application Hang Up while scrolling in LBox.When a cell in a LBox is clicked and without lifting the finger/stylus we move outside the LBox and scroll continuously, the application hangs up.

Note: The updates are specific for the particular version, and 4.00.00 already has the updates of 3.13.13. In case you have any such requirement, we can provide patches for the same.
