An Industry - Institue Bridge
“SAHAS” is an initiative taken by HCL Technologies Ltd. in order to bridge the gap between the Industry and Institute. It is a unique learning opportunity as well as a chance for the young brains in the institutes to know the challenges and the demands of the industry.
This initiative is taken to benefit both industry as well as institute. So that both can avail various advantages like
- Students of the institute get a chance to work on live projects @HCLT through SAHAS screening process. It helps them understand the need of the industry before they actually join in. Along with this, it helps the industry by providing them fresh minds with some hands of experience in industry.
- As a part of this initiative, institutes are provided with Presenter permanent license for the students at their college. It will help them understand the product in a better way resulting in industry getting freshers who were already the users of the product.
